If you arrive late
Knock anyway. Somebody is usually still there for half an hour afterwards and nobody has ever been turned away for being late.
Getting in
Step-free entrance on Ninth Street, lift to every floor, accessible toilets on the ground floor. The recovery group has its own door from the car park.
