You get a folder. Open index.html in a browser and the whole site works from your desktop, offline, before you have changed a thing.
One file holds the church name, address, phone number and service times. Edit that and the details update across every page at once. The rest is ordinary HTML.
Any host that serves static files will do, and several will do it for nothing. No database, no PHP and nothing to keep updated.
