Honest help for churches building better websites
ChurchCreation helps pastors and church teams make confident decisions about their website — through honest guides and reviews, genuinely good templates, and done-for-you design. No sales pitches, no jargon, just practical advice from people who build church websites for a living.

Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Aigars Silkalns. I’ve spent over a decade designing websites and I’m the founder of Colorlib, one of the web’s most popular free template resources. ChurchCreation is where I focus that experience on a single audience: churches.
I started it because church teams kept asking the same questions — which platform should we use? how much should this cost? what actually makes a church website work? — and most answers online were either sales pitches or surface-level fluff. ChurchCreation is my attempt to give church leaders straight answers, hands-on tutorials, and the templates and custom design to act on them.

What we do
📚 Honest guides & reviews
Platform-neutral comparisons, builder reviews, and step-by-step tutorials — from what a church website costs to the best church website builders.
🎨 Church website templates
Curated free and premium picks, plus our own designs — so you can launch a professional church site without starting from a blank page.
🛠️ Custom design
Prefer done-for-you? We design and build custom church websites tailored to your ministry, your content, and your budget.
What makes us different
- Platform-neutral. We don’t sell a website-builder subscription, so our reviews tell you when a platform isn’t the right fit — not just when it is.
- Practitioner perspective. We design and review church websites every week, so the advice comes from building real sites — not rewriting press releases.
- Built for non-technical teams. Most church websites are run by volunteers. Everything we recommend is something a busy ministry team can actually maintain.
