What it is
For a congregation whose week has one centre of gravity. Everything here is arranged around the Lord's Day and the sermon: what is being preached, what was preached, and what will be sung. It is the plainest template of the ten, and it is plain on purpose.
Built around preaching rather than around events. The order of service is a page, not a PDF; the sermon archive is organised by book of the Bible and by series; the statement of faith is set to be read rather than filed. Quiet, typographic, and deliberately plain — no photography is required to make it look finished.

The order of service. It is the page that will differ most from ours, and it is the page your congregation will actually use during the week.
Questions about Plainsong
There are no photographs. Is that a problem?
No — it is the point. Plainsong is built to look finished with nothing but type, so a church with no photographer and no budget for stock imagery is not left with a site full of grey boxes. Add photographs if you have them; nothing breaks either way.
Can I add an audio player for sermons?
Yes. The sermon entries are plain markup, so a standard `<audio>` element or an embed from whatever host you use drops straight in.
